Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ZLiX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. Use of ZLiX is also subject to the ZLiX Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

ZLiX is intended for general audiences. Users under the age of 18 should use the app with parental or guardian supervision. Users under 13 must not use the app without verified parental consent where required by applicable law.

3. License to Use the App

Maze-M Ltd grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ZLiX solely for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the app
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• use the app for unlawful activities

4. User Obligations & User-Generated Content

You agree not to:

• misuse or disrupt the app
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• upload illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or malicious content
• interfere with other users’ experience

You are solely responsible for all videos, text, and content you upload or submit through ZLiX. Maze-M Ltd does not pre-screen all content and is not responsible for user-submitted materials.

5. Automated Processing & AI Features

ZLiX may use automated systems and AI-supported analysis to:

• evaluate training activities
• provide structured feedback
• analyze performance metrics
• improve functionality and user experience

Automated assessments are intended for training support only and do not replace professional coaching advice.

6. Certificates & Skill Recognition Disclaimer

Certificates provided by ZLiX represent completion of in-app skill assessments only. They do not constitute official athletic qualifications, professional licenses, or certifications recognized by sports authorities unless explicitly stated.

7. Third-Party Services

ZLiX relies on third-party services to operate, including:

• Supabase (authentication and data storage)
• Cloudflare Stream (video storage and delivery)
• Brevo SMTP (email communication)
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (hosting)

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ZLiX, including trademarks, designs, text, code, algorithms, and software features, are owned by Maze-M Ltd or its licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited license described above.

9. Service Availability & Updates

ZLiX may modify features, introduce updates, suspend functionality, or discontinue services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or development purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZLiX is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Maze-M Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific training outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maze-M Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use ZLiX.

12. Termination

Maze-M Ltd may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or security risks are identified. You may stop using the app at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations.
